United Nations has listed  gender equality as  5^th  among the 17 Sustainable development goals and Alphonsa College, being a highflyer in the realm of women’s education, envisions to mould perfect women who are sensitized towards the needs of the society, through noble planning. The plan of action for gender equity and sensitization followed by the institution is a three tire design:
